New Items Available from the Bookshop

Yours truly has finally had a chance to update the Society Bookshop. It now includes Jay Ellis's No Place for Home: Spatial Constraint and Character Flight in the Novels of Cormac McCarthy and Shane Shimpf's A Reader's Guide to Blood Meridian.

More to come over the next several weeks, including long overdue updates to the Works section (e.g., The Road) and new conference news.

Speaking of The Road, it's popping up on many Best of 2006 lists.

And, just in case you missed the discussion in the Forum, the Coens' film version of No Country for Old Men will premiere next summer. Tentative release date in the US and Australia is June 7, 2007. The European release will follow in the fall.
